Too often we get caught up with the number on the scale causing us to feel depressed and start eating even more. As women we can be so obsessed with weighing a certain amount not considering the fact that weighing less doesn’t always mean that we’re healthy. A woman posted her before & after photos on social media. And guess what? After working out and eating healthy for several months she ended up not losing any weight. She does however look amazing and is tighter than before. The results we get from hard work in the gym and eating right may differ from one person to the other but the scale really doesn’t say anything as this lady proves.  So, try to embrace your personal health journey and don’t focus too much on that number on the scale, in fact get rid of it,  I threw mine out last year and it’s the best decision I made!
